Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, marinate the fish in all the above-mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix till well combined. Add the vegetables to the bowl and mix again. Keep aside.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Place the fish fillet and let it cook on high medium till done from one side. Flip the side and cook till its completely done. Remove the fish from the pan.
  4. To make the Lemon Butter sauce, in the same pan, add the lemon juice and bring it to boil. Add the butter, pepper, and parsely. Mix till well combined. Remove from heat.
  5. Saute the Vegetables: In a pan, add the marinated vegetables and saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  6. In a serving platter, place the sauteed vegetables and the fish. Top the pan fried fish with the hot lemon butter sauce and serve immediately.
