Oats Chilla II Video Recipe

Oats Chilla (Pancakes), is very easy to make breakfast recipe. Made from grounded white oats, gram flour, yogurt, and some veggies as per choice. The best thing about making chillas (pancakes) for breakfast is that they are healthy and you can add as many veggies you wish too. Maybe some grated carrots, cabbage, tomato, peas etc. Today I just used Capsicum for this recipe.

This recipe takes less than 30 minutes, which means you have a healthy breakfast even when you have less time to prepare. I often prepare the batter at night and quickly make the chilla (pancakes) in the morning to save my time when I have early morning meetings. It is the best recipe to go for kids as well. As we know they won’t eat oats otherwise, so why not to serve a better option which is tasty and healthy. Why not to just pack these for lunch? Well, I think it’s a good idea!

Oats Chilla

Serve these healthy White Oats Chilla (Pancake) with tomato ketchup or mint chutney. My choice will always be mint chutney. 🙂
