A quick recipe to make this valentine for your loved ones ‘Chocolate Truffle’. These chocolate truffles are soft and quickly melts in the mouth. This is a 4 ingredient recipe which doesn’t require any much of an effort. A quick mix of chocolate and heavy cream and then refrigerated to make round Chocolate Truffles dusted with cocoa powder.

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream on medium. Bring it to boil, then remove from heat.
  2. Add the hot cream to the chocolate and let it sit for 5-7 min. Then mix it till its smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and refregirate for 1 hour .
  4. Taking a generous teaspoon of mixture, roll them to make small balls and place them on a parchment/baking sheet. Refrigrate for another hour and then roll them in cocoa powder and serve or store them in an airtight container.
