  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients mentioned for marination and set it aside for 1 hour.
  2. In a medium bowl, add eggs and salt. Mix well. Keep aside. Next, spread the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Keep aside.
  3. Heat enough oil for frying on medium.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken with the breadcrumbs, one at a time. Then coat it with the eggs covering each side. And slide into the hot oil. Deep fry on medium heat so that the chicken cooks completely.
  5. Once it turns golden brown, place the chicken on an absorbent paper. Then serve immediately with favorite dip.
